Hi, I’m Carla, based in Rockville, Maryland. I'm bonded and insured. I’ve been a professional dog walker and pet sitter for several years and began offering dog boarding in 2022. I focus on caring for senior dogs, dogs with anxiety, and those with medical needs, including administering medications and injections. I had two senior dogs of my own with medical issues, and now with a dog of my own, I truly understand how important it is to find compassionate, reliable care.
Before starting my business, I raised puppies for a guide dog training organization and regularly provided in-home puppy sitting for the program. That experience gave me a strong foundation in basic training and canine behavior, which continues to shape how I care for dogs of all ages.
I also offer drop-in visits for cats and other pets. I’m especially comfortable with shy or skittish cats and love bringing toys to help them feel more at ease and engaged. I’m happy to provide references from cat clients as well.

Dinner and evening walk before bedtime, plus breakfast and morning walk. I’m away for no more than 6 hours at a time.
